At Kjell Foss AS, we take pride in our employees, loyal customers, and the machinery we use in our operations. The management system is continuously evolving and is integrated into our organization and culture.

Our management system sets out the requirements for project execution and comprises internal, customer, and legal requirements. We strongly desire that all our employees, customers, and the community perceive us as consistently delivering services and products that we are proud of. Work is to be carried out safely and efficiently with high quality. At Kjell Foss, we believe that good HES work is good business. We implement necessary preventive measures based on systematic and targeted efforts with the aim of creating safe and efficient workplaces, preventing accidents, and fostering well-being in the workplace. We work diligently to ensure that our reputation and daily work performance reflect our values, policy, and goals.

In 2019, Kjell Foss AS, along with its sister and subsidiary companies, was certified as a "Miljøfyrtårn" (Eco-Lighthouse).

The environmental management system contributes to reducing the organization's negative impact on the environment. This includes energy consumption, waste management, compliance with environmental requirements and regulations, supplier requirements, and resource planning.

The Kjell Foss Group aims to be an attractive workplace and a preferred contractor, contributing to a pleasant and safe working environment for our employees and partners.

Good HES is good economics and leads to increased well-being. Through development, knowledge, attitudes, and actions, we aim to lead the industry as a consumption-conscious and environmentally conscious blasting contractor.

We shall comply with regulatory requirements, customer requirements, and our own requirements applicable to our operations. We shall also take care of the company's buildings and equipment and prevent environmental impact. These goals shall be achieved through active improvement work involving all levels.

Each year, the company establishes goals within quality, HES, and environmental management based on selected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The goals are reviewed in the Work Environment Committee (AMU) and during Management Review, but we also welcome input from our customers, partners, and suppliers to understand their needs and expectations regarding the company's services and how they can be improved.
