Our most valuable resource is our employees. The company has many experienced and skilled staff who have been involved in virtually all types of drilling and blasting work. Kjell Foss AS is committed to having the best professionals in the industry, and we continuously work on enhancing competence in all areas. We aim for all personnel involved in rock blasting with us to be trained as rock blasting supervisors, and therefore, we continuously work on competence enhancement to provide as much post-education as possible for them to become rock blasting supervisors.
Kjell Foss AS is also committed to recruiting and passing on our profession, and therefore, we take in new apprentices in our companies every year.
As of today, the company has over 30 rock blasting supervisors and rock blasters, as well as an equal number of drill rig operators, who are always ready to take on new and exciting assignments throughout Norway and the Nordic region.
